Halloween at Kryal Castle (Day)
Follow Dr. Frankenstein’s Spooky Scavenger Hunt throughout the entire Castle! All participants will receive a free trick or treat bag, and then you can follow the trail, solve ridiculous riddles, and challenge yourself in some of his ghoulish, gruesome experiments to collect some tasty treats! Create magical potions, learn to sword fight, see live performances in our Jester’s Theatre and be amazed by our incredible Knights and horses as they battle in the championship Joust! (Open Sat & Sun - 10am-4pm).

Event Highlights!
Trick or Treat
All participants will receive a free trick or treat bag. Follow Dr. Frankenstein’s Spooky Scavenger Hunt throughout the entire Castle! Follow the trail, solve ridiculous riddles, and challenge yourself in ghoulish, gruesome experiments to collect some tasty treats! Trail facilitators will have a sticker to look out for to get your treat.
Spell Casting
Our wizard is up in their tower casting spells, why don’t you join them? Find out with a swish and flick of your wand which Wizard Guild you belong to. You might have some hidden powers in you that are bursting to come out!
Face Painting
Visit our talented face painters for a freaky face paint design! We have plenty to choose from, there’s something for everyone! *Additional Cost
Halloween Knight School
You never know what you might run into on Halloween. Werewolves, skeletons and vampires all come out at night, so why not prepare yourself by learning the art of the sword from our knights on the main arena.

Get into the spooky spirit with our Halloween-inspired food! Delight your taste buds with our festive treats.
Halloween Joust
There is nothing quite as spectacular as the thunderous sounds of horses, lances and knights clashing together in the Royal Joust! And there are no more fearsome competitors than the Black Knight and Sir Jack of the Red Lantern.
Skill at Arms
It’s all hallows eve and the Black Knight has returned to Kryal Castle to challenge the household knights to a test of skill. Riding upon their warhorses the competitors will perform a series of tests to determine who is the most skilled mounted warrior.
Trial by Combat
In medieval times, arguments were sometimes settled by might of arms. Watch two of the castle knights battle it out with swords, axes and daggers to settle a dispute.
Pumpkin Archery
Take part in a unique archery experience that is perfect for the entire family. The castle boasts indoor Archery located near the main arena where visitors can learn the basics of shooting arrows and have a lot of fun shooting at our spooky pumpkin headed scarecrows. *Additional Cost
Potion Making
Our witches and wizards are in full swing making bubbling potions and spectacular spells, join in on a class and experience first hand what it’s like to make a potion or two! *Additional Cost
Zombie Survival - Axe-Throwing
This exciting activity is located on the Main Arena and allows visitors to learn how to deal with the walking dead. Experienced instructors will enable you to hone your skills with the axe, and prepare for any potential Zombie outbreak.
