Please follow the below instructions to retrieve your room keys, and how to enter the castle after hours
From Monday 19/12/2022 – Tuesday 20/12/2022, our normal suites entry will not be accessible due to upgrades.
Please read below for the two steps to get your key cards and access to the castle for this week.
Step 1: Retrieving your Key Cards from the Night Safe.
When approaching the Castle, go into the main car park at the front. Go up the stairs and cross the draw bridge.
To the left of the Main door is a safe.
Put in the safe code and turn the handle to the right.
SAFE CODE: 3719#
Inside there will be an envelope with your name and room number on it and two cards.
These cards will open the Castle entry door at the back of the castle room/s.
Step 2: Directions to Back Carpark and access to the Castle and Rooms
As our normal suites entry is closed off due to upgrades, this door will be inaccessible.
Hop back in your vehicle, and drive OUT of the castle grounds.
At the end of the driveway, turn left on Forbes Road, past the Caravan park development,
Keep driving until the first road on the left, which is Mount Warrenheip Road.
(You will see a sign for Kryal Castle Deliveries)
Follow up Mount Warrenheip Road, and 300m up the mountain, you will see a roadway to the back of the Castle.
Find a carpark.
You will see a big large gate, and a small archway. You will want to head to the archway where the small door is.
When you walk up to the door, place your key card on the BLACK SQUARE of the handle, and the door will unlock, (you will not need this to exit)
Follow the numbers until you get to your door. Your cards will open the door to your room(s).
Suites reception is located at the front of the Castle and opens at 9am.
When departing, please reply to the sms sent to you regarding pre-arrival to let us know you have departed
